I understand that it’s the off season and that’s when properties do updating. The bed sheets were clean, burn holes on the bed spread, ceiling paint was peeling, tub needed to be refinished or replaced. But the view was perfect, right on the boardwalk. Office staff was nice and I got a refund for the one night I didn’t stay.

The first floor rooms are easy access to a lawn for children or adults to sit and relax if you don't prefer the beach. The lawn is beside the boardwalk and views of the waves are fabulous. The access to restaurants was a plus, too! Short walks to anything!

I have no complaints about this hotel. We booked last minute and checked in late but had no issues whatsoever. The room itself was clean and comfortable and we could walk out the patio door to the beach. I would stay here again.

Good location.

Convenient location on beach boardwalk and good restaurant right across the street. Parking lot close to rooms. We stay there twice a year when driving back and forth on the East Coast.

Nice smaller hotel surrounded by bigger ones.

This hotel was such a great find among the larger hotels. All rooms are beach front. Great sunrise. Couple 100 yards from the Neptune statue which was awesome! I’m sure Virginia Beach is hopping in the summer but off season was relaxing.
