Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Total disappointment. This hotel doesn't have roon service and cleaning people, they don't change blanket towels and there's a lot o homeless people living in this facilities. The worker's at the lobby are very nice and with good manner. But the hotel managers is rude person.

The property was terrible we got there at 1:00am, the room smelled like smoke and was dirty. My wife went to use the toilet and it was stopped up. We was very disappointed the room did not appear to be anything as it was advertised. My wife and I did not stay it was not fit for a dog to stay in. We had to find another hotel and didn't make it to bed until 3am

J'ai apprécié l'endroit et l'emplacement de l'établissement,on est a côté de tout et a 18 minutes des plages. C'est un établissement de travailleurs qui sont la pour longtemps. Ce que j'ai pas aimé et j'étais déçu c'est que la personne qui travaille de soir m'a confondu avec ces travailleurs et ma manqué de respect jusqu'à ce que j'ai porté plainte auprès de la personne responsable pour régler une situation d'urgence.
