I got there after the check in time but still had to wait 30-45min to get a room. The room was rushed so didn’t feel quite fresh. The staff was nice though and didn’t place a hold on my credit card due to room not being ready. Requesting things for the kitchen in the room was optional and when I requested a toaster, they didn’t have it available. They said they’ll just deliver to me once available. Next evening, I asked and they had it available. Room and building needs an update but is ok for the price. Not sure if I’ll stay there again though.

Oven didnt work. The kitchen had no utensils or accessories. They say customize, but its very minimum. Roaches. Smelled terrible, I went through 2 air fresheners, 1 can of lysol, and disifectant wipes. - still smelled. appears that the Hallway carpet hasnt been cleaned since the day it was installed. the floor I wet cleaned and hadnt been wet mopped in a long time, very dirty. quiet time 10pm, yeah right. Up all night due to unit above, called twice to the office, no resolve. Tenants are nice, the main maintenance man very nice.

The hotel was dingy. You can hear everything through the walls. They refused to refund us to check out a day early. Breakfast was granola bars and coffee.

Our room was missing furniture, such as the couch and coffee table. We paid for a queen bed and got a double bed.

i will never book another extended stay hotel or anything associated with it again. i drove 12 hours to a open office with no staff, and was not able to check into my hotel despite calling to let them know what time I was arriving. i ended up having to stay at a completely different hotel. No One associated with the hotel was willing to assist me. Never Again!

Where to start. The property ran out of blankets, so I was without a blanket for my entire stay. The outside building lock works about once every 20 swipes of your keycard. The rooms are old, musty, and generally not clean. The furniture smells and is not in the best condition. For the price, this place is definitely not worth it. I would spend the extra money to stay across the street, or somewhere else close by.

The staff was wonderful, hotel needs deep cleaning, they should have non smoking section because the check in area smell like someone been smoking in there the hallways smell like cigarettes smoke the room smelled like it and it was suppose to be a non smoking room. So they need to get it deep cleaned and update the appliances. They should have a separate building if the guest going to have e pets because everyone dont like pets and some are allergic to pets so guest with pets should be in the building together. But for the short time we was there it was worth the price.

My husband ended up in the hospital the night before traveling. I reached out to let them know we'd be late getting in. After 2 phone calls and a message were left, they still gave away our room and canceled our booking.
