"Pra comecar fiz o pagemnto aqui pela plataforma e ao chegar no hotel , o recpecionista informou que o pagamento estava pendente. Ao mostrar o comprovante de pagamento e o agendamento pelo aplicativo o mesmo informou que havia se enganado.
