Pra comecar fiz o pagemnto aqui pela plataforma e ao chegar no hotel , o recpecionista informou que o pagamento estava pendente. Ao mostrar o comprovante de pagamento e o agendamento pelo aplicativo o mesmo informou que havia se enganado. A tv do quarto estava com problemas e mesmo me queixando sobre isso, nao mandaram ninguem olhar, apenas informou que nao havia outro quarto, não há vista pela janela ,ao abrir vc so ver paredes e restos de obras. Não há quem lhe oriente sobre o café da manhã e não há atracoes por perto. Necessario sair o tempo todo de uber, rua com pouquíssimo movimento ao anoitecer.

Pontos positivos: boa localização para turismo na região central da cidade. Excelente profissionais, solícitos, educados e gentis. Quarto confortável, com mobiliário a útil e adequado às necessidades da estadia. Toalhas limpas e higienizadas. Permite entrega de delivery. Pontos críticos: nos andares mais baixos, os sons da rua são audíveis no interior do quarto. Mobiliário e revestimentos do banheiro gastos pelo tempo, mas limpos e funcionando a contento, bastante digno. A cama é um pouco estreita, mas confortável com lençóis limpo e de boa qualidade. Não dispor de água no frigobar, necessário retirar na recepção. Não oferta serviço de restaurante à noite.

Sou acostumado a me hospedar nesse hotel. Desse vez, houve uma experiência diferente. Sempre faço reservas de segunda à sexta. Por algum motivo, me confundi na hora de reservar e fiz somente até quinta. Segui para trabalhar e não voltei para o checkout, como deveria ser, pensando que seria só no dia seguinte. Crislayne entrou em contato comigo, explicando a respeito do quarto e entendi meu equívoco. Como não havia mais quartos disponíveis no hotel, eu precisaria procurar outro, mas, não teria como voltar cedo para retirar minhas coisas. Eles o fizeram por mim, a meu pedido, deixaram tudo guardado e foram extremamente pacientes e compreensíveis com minha confusão! Crislayne (recepção) é muito educada, paciente e gentil! Parabéns ao hotel pelo atendimento e seus colaboradores.

O.quarto estava com cheiro de mofo, devido a manchas umidas nas paredes.A Tv somente pega 3 canais ( Record, Globo e DV Kids ). O banheiro no primeiro dia , nao estava limpo, com cheiro de urina e cabelos na pia.O cafe da manha e fraco, com poucas opcoes e margarina.

Achei a estadia ótima pelo valor que paguei.

O hotel tem alguns probleminhas como a cama que não é tão boa e tive um problema com o chuveiro que não esquentava, porém logo foi resolvido. Pelo valor achei o café da manhã ótimo, os funcionários super educados, sorridentes e prestativos. Vim a trabalho e com certeza retornaria para me hospedar caso precisasse voltar a Aracaju.

Um hotel com bons serviços

As pessoas que trabalham, desde os recepcionistas ao pessoal da limpeza e café, são muito gentis e prestativas. O serviço de quarto é bom. O café poderia melhorar um pouco mais, mas, no geral é bom. Agora o que precisa melhorar mesmo urgente é a internet. Fiquei no quarto andar e não conseguia acessar a internet do hotel.
