「My experience was over my expectations. Nice AC room with comfortable pillows, well functioning bathroom and a spacious balcony with a view. This was topped with friendly staff, reasonably nice breakfast and very cool fridge in the room so I had my coke zeros ice cold. Great stay in Mombasa located perfectly between city center, Nyali and airport.」

「It wasn’t really 4 Star as indicated on hotel information on Expedia. Swimming pool water was green, breakfast was very basic and delayed to be served. Staff were courteous but the lapse in communications between Expedia and the venue nearly completely killed the experience 」
