This was a disappointing stay. We requested and we're told that we had a non-smoking room, but it smelled terrible. There was a big hole in the carpet next to the bed and cigarette Burns. The towels were nice and the shower was great. Reserved a king room but they were only upstairs and Mobility ...

Nice room but the tv remote was missing batteries, the hot tub wouldn't get hot and the radio on the wall was broken. Other then that it was okay. But one of the main reasons we got the room was for the hot tub which didn't work.
