The stay would have been perfect should have we been informed of ongoing renovations in the hotel. We were also moved twice of rooms because the AC did not work... staff was so nice so i want to give them credits for that, but otherwise it was disappointing...

Very comfortable hotel with good location in HCMC, nice clean rooms with good beds. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the WiFi was unstable and kept falling out, very frustrating, not adequate for a 4 star hotel, so I have to deduct a point for that. The breakfast was good but the bread was poor, bland and tasteless, there is much nicer bread available in Saigon than this so Eden Star Hotel should try changing the baker, deduct 0,5 points for that, so 3,5 out of 5

Stylish, rooms comfortable but not massive. Nice breakfast, great location, good pool area, helpful staff. Happy to let us leave luggage and use pool and shower in late afternoon before getting train.
