However, there are few things we would like to suggest for improvement: 1. Too few washrooms nearby the restaurants. 「小朋友在kidsdom 嘅體驗好滿意，也有很多給小朋友的活動👍 員工親切有禮。 別墅內的地方很大，乾淨整潔，設備也充足。 有機場接送巴，也有免費車到市區和碼頭，非常好。 唯一缺點就是太少大人方面的體驗活動。 商店也只有一小間。 希望可以增加水上活動，例如香蕉船呀，小朋友的游泳設施等。 整體體驗好滿意！ 下次有機會亦會再次入住，也會推介給朋友👍👍」

「We were looking forward to staying here, but the overall stay was disappointing and frustrating. Although the facilities and location are nice, the stay was not good value for money - the room was dirty on arrival, the water was cold, the hairdryer broken, and the luggage nearly an hour late - this all made arrival surprisingly bad. There were no amenities or welcome items to the room. I shared this with management and responses to sort this out were late and could have been dealt with...

「I put on the 'do not disturb' light but the servicer has came inside and cleaned the room without my permission. I feel disappointed for this behavior. Event hough, there is no persoanl belongings lost or not. It's not good feeling in ther services.」
