"We had a lovely stay for the night. Kendra at the front desk is a gem! Professional, friendly and goes above and beyond making your experience top notch. We had an issue with the temperature in our room. We had a wonderful young man that came quickly and assessed the situation. He gave us options to make us comfortable even moving our room.he was also incredibly helpful and kind. Great staff!"

"Interesting, modular concept. Amenities great for a short stay and position perfect for onward travel or sightseeing. The staff were efficient and very helpful. Within the airport signage for Terminal 3 was poor. Once advised about the shuttle and where to catch it the hotel was easily reached on foot."

"The hotel manager was very rude at check-in as there was an issue with my reservation and we were showing that I was canceled and then I contacted Expedia and it was fixed. The hotel room was extremely dirty. The shower was the size of a little box couldn’t even move inside of it toilet sink. Everything was filthy. The sheets were dirty. The beds were very small. The room itself was very, very small. Nothing like what they showed online. Everybody was rude. The receptionist you couldn’t ask for anything they could never help you. We had to stay at another hotel for a couple of days and had to come back because our flight was out of this hotel by the airport so we ended up coming back and spending another night. I told him do not recommend this location to anyone. I’m very disappointed that video would help makes such a horrible booking. I really would like my money back. Furthermore, there was bugs in the room that look like bed bugs."

"There is no way to adjust room temperature except for opening the window (next to the runway?!). It was 23.5 c when we arrived and climbed to 25 overnight. Apparently the heat and ac are system-wide and can’t be changed even if the weather is cooler or warmer than expected. They claim it’s for environmental reasons but maybe someone should be tasked with keeping an eye on the weather."

"The room was so hot and uncomfortable. The first night after we had turned the air conditioning on we went down for dinner to let it cool off but when we got back, it was still just as hot. I called the desk and told them and he said that is just how it is. So the next day we were supposed to fly home but plane got rescheduled so I asked the girl at the desk if the rooms are supposed to be hot and she "

"Nice quiet hotel with decent size rooms for Paris. Great value for money. I have spent twice as much for a much smaller and less efficient hotel room in Paris. "
