「The room was a standard room and the bed was very comfortable. A microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker was included and worked great! The staff was excellent!! The continental breakfast was great with a wide variety of food and a wonderful breakfast lounge to eat in. The lady taking care of the buffet was incredible! The food was hot and she was always making sure the area was clean and restocked. She was happy and very welcoming! Also the housekeeper was very detailed and positive too!...

「The staff was very helpful, we had some strange noises in the night, not from other guests but it had been from the mechanical room we were next to, when we mentioned the noise the staff was concerned and did what the could and needed to make our stay better. The pool and pool area looked clean, we didn't visit but could see from our room. The breakfast had very few options, waffle, cereal and a yogurt, coffee and juice. But the area was clean. 「We had a great stay at this hotel in Novato. The room was spacious and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Housekeeping came every other day, which worked perfectly for us and kept everything clean and tidy. The free breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from, and the staff was always nearby to refill items and make sure guests had everything they needed. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. If we come back to Novato, we will definitely stay here...
