"The room was very nice as was the spa facilities. However despite having to catch a booking for Le Shuttle requiring an early check-out at 6am I discovered my car was locked behind a lot of other cars in the underground car park. Clearly a lack of communication as it was also affecting another couple of guests. I managed to leave the hotel 1.5 hours later and thankfully just managed to get to the Le Shuttle on time. The staff were helpful but the process needs to improve."

"Excellent stay — I only wish we had stayed longer. The room was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean. I particularly loved the beautiful décor with cotton flowers, a lovely touch reflecting Troyes and the region’s textile heritage. Breakfast was excellent. We stayed for just one night, so unfortunately didn’t have time to explore all the facilities. Definitely a place we would love to return to."

"Loved our overnight stay at this historic hotel in perfectly situated in the old town with its own small car park. All the staff were friendly and helpful , breakfast buffet was excellent with fresh orange juice , homemade pastries and local preserves. Our room was large with traditional furniture / furnishings including a very comfortable four poster bed - no air conditioning but several fans , and a large modern bathroom ."
