"It was a TERRIBLE experience. My wife and I planned this vacation months in advance and upon arrival we were disappointed. The room we booked did not have proper air conditioning. It was actually the only preference I requested from the host Sonia in advance. She lied to me every time I inquired that the AC was working well. "A perfect place to stay. We arrived late due to a delayed flight and were greeted with efficiency and genuine kindness. There was no lengthy 20-minute check-in process—just a warm welcome and a quick, seamless check-in, which was exactly what we needed after a very long day of travelling. The breakfast was excellent too, with a great selection and everything beautifully prepared. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."
