「We liked the property and enjoyed our stay! Great location, helpful staff, and very clean. The room and bathroom have been renovated nicely. Because the property is converted from an old house so the room was smallish, and we were on the third floor so there are stairs to climb, which may be an issue for some folks.」

「This is our third time staying at the Southhampton Inn. The facilities (pool, beach shuttle, etc.) are great and the Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a great location and with an easy walk into town. The only complaint was the room/hallway smelled slightly musty. I know it is difficult keeping everything dry at the beach so that is not uncommon. Overall had a great time and hope to stay there again soon.」

「This is not a hotel. The room is clean, but it is extremely noisy. Room 1 is located directly above a billiard bar, making it very difficult to rest. There is no reception and no parking available. Overall, there is a lot of noise and the experience was disappointing.」

「When I booked our stay a year ago, the website said "make yourself at home with guestrooms featuring minibars" , there was restaurant and bar/lounge on the hotel information. Our refrigerator had two bottles of water, there is no bar and no restaurant from Monday to Friday. 「The Penny Lane was an excellent place to stay if you are visiting Hampton Bays or surrounding area. Rooms are great. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Staff was excellent.」
