「The hospitality was amazing. The owners made us feel at home. Jana, the owner, was fantastic to talk to and gave us some really perfect recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The breakfast could not be beat. It was wonderful. We will definitely recommend and come back. The highest rating from us!」

「This place is pretty tired and no effort is made to make it look less tired than it is. The staff gives lots of good chat and is perfectly friendly but there was not much substance behind it. The milk I was promised for my room never materialised, room service was left in the hallway all day, etc. a charge for coffees at breakfast was added without being told there was a charge for « specialty ». Overall quite disappointing.」

「As we visited in the month of May , it was cold and we had to beg to have the heat turned on. Once it was,it was comfortable. I do not think that the rooms have seen any updating since the 1970’s…the room furniture was not in good shape. The hotel is well situated overlooking Loch Lomond and easy to get anywhere. This breakfast was great!」

「The hotel is located in front of the sea, the view is good, it is 10 mins drive to Helensburg downtown.」

「Caravan is lovely and comfortable, though can be noisy in stormy weather, though otherwise it's a quiet location. Drive is quite steep for parking. Fantastic views over Loch Long. Access drive is a single road, is quite steep in places and it can be tricky to find the caravan.」
