I had a medical emergency during my stay, and they went out of their way to support me with genuine care and compassion. It’s something I will never forget. Beyond that, the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—thoughtfully designed and incredibly welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its aesthetic and comfort, but for the extraordinary people behind it.」

「This was a very nice stay and the room suite had great qualities. Unfortunately, there wasn't a way to fully close any of the doors or windows and so all of the constant noise from animals, partying, and construction around the hotel were impossible to escape even when trying to sleep. The bathroom also only had shutter windows into the suite with no other light or ventilation which meant no privacy. The hotel itself was fine but minimal with cleaning, but only a free coffee nespresso pod...
