Terrible experience. I booked a 2-bedroom with living room plus a private rooftop garden w/swimming pool and was charged for it. After an obnoxious check-in process (hotel was empty, room was ready, but property manager Fernanda didnt want to release room keys 30-minutes before 3pm), I realized that my room actually had no private rooftop garden w/pool (major mishap) where I had planned to have family gatherings during my vacation. When pointing this to the hotel, they conveniently changed the room profile/description in Hotels/Bookings/Expedia, told me that they never described such room w/such amenities, and asked me to provide evidence (!!!). Furthermore, they also advertised the room with A/C throughout, with the added unpleasant surprise that there was NO A/C at all in the living room, thus rendering the use of the family room not habitable considering the hot/humid weather in P.E. Unable to use the living room and had to meet in either of the bedrooms. Again, another major "oversight" that further messed-up our stay. After repeated observations to Fernanda, and defensive responses, they "offered" to move us to another room but we had to forego our seaview (didnt accept). Finally, when asking to get refunded for the room overcharges due to the above ( I estimate USD100-150 per night), I am getting tentative responses. ***Again, I expect to get refunded accordingly*** PD- On a positive note, guest services Carlos and all hotel personnel were great.

El personal del hotel es súper amable, siempre atentos y con actitud de servicio. Ellos hacen que la estadía sea muy agradable. La habitación está realmente hermosa, espaciosa, solo como detalle le falta sillas para comer porque la habitación está pensada para más de 2 personas y solo hay 2 bancos para sentarse en la cocina y en la sala es incómodo comer. El tema de la limpieza a pesar de que les tienes que decir que vayan y si van, no la hacen completa, ni todos los días. De todo lo demás es un gran lugar para quedarse, cerca del mercado y de restaurantes. ¡Muchas gracias!

Engaño total. No entiendo cómo tiene casi 4 estrel

La verdad me siento completamente engañada con este hotel. Está publicado con buenas reseñas y casi 4 estrellas, pero la realidad no tiene nada que ver con lo que muestran. Nos entregaron el cuarto sucio, sin cortinas, y sin ninguna separación entre los espacios: todo está abierto, incluso en algunas partes ni siquiera hay puertas. Nada cómodo, nada funcional. No había cortinas, así que desde que salía el sol, a las seis de la mañana, el cuarto quedaba completamente iluminado. Se supone que vas a un hotel a descansar, a dormir bien, y ni eso pudimos hacer. La calle para llegar es pura terracería, llena de lodo, imposible pasar sin embarrarte. Y para rematar, en la entrada del hotel hay costales de cemento, como si estuvieras entrando a una obra en construcción, no a un “hotel de cuatro estrellas”. Dicen que está a un minuto de la playa caminando, ¡mentira total! No está ni cerca, y además el camino para llegar está lleno de lodo. También dicen que el cuarto tiene una alberca privada, pero está pegada a la alberca comunal, así que de privada no tiene absolutamente nada. Desde la primera noche dijimos que no nos sentíamos cómodos, y el señor del lugar apenas nos escuchó y nos dijo: “¿por la cama, verdad?”, como si ya supiera. O sea, claramente no somos los primeros en quejarnos. Aun así, el hotel se negó a hacer cualquier reembolso. Hoteles.com intentó ayudarnos, pero ellos no aceptaron. Al final, tuvimos que hacer una inversión doble para poder conseguir otro hotel.

Lo bueno: excelente vista al mar, camas cómodas, habitación amplia. Lo malo: sin agua caliente en ningún baño durante 4 días a pesar del reporte en recepción sin solución, mal ubicado muy lejos de todo en una calle sin pavimentar y sin señalización. Sin alberca. Sucias, poza de tres metros. Sin restaurant o tienda de snacks. Ruidosa por mala colocación de hamaca y sillas en techo. Calidad-Precio Muy Bajo, caro para lo que se obtuvo. Única habitación ocupada en 4 días!

El trato en casa Leah fue excelente, gracias a todo el personal. El internet durante nuestra estancia no fue de lo mejor y en ocasiones no había. La calle de entrada aún no esta pavimentada y solo si llueve se puede complicar un poco. El hotel es nuevo y bonito, si buscas comodidad y tranquilidad esta es tu opción. Cuenta con AC y ventilador sobre la cama y solamente ventilador en la sala. La alberca es para estar relajado y disfrutar de la sombra de las palmeras.
