「No support, they declined the reservations and took significant time to sort out the issue. Initially asked to pay extra to do a fresh booking. Hotel team only confirmed its much over price I paid. Pathetic say, wont recommend any one for Parle Inn or Expedia any more in future. Room was also very bad and not matched as shown in photos.」

「This hotel was close to the airport which was good. They appeared to be doing some huge renovations so access at main entrance was muddled and hard to use as its on a very busy junction. The room was OK and quite clean but due to the work being done it's hard to say much more」

He suggested an alternative location for my stay far from my booked location in Juhu. The hotel took my money and refused to issue a refund despite not staying there. AVOID this SCAM hotel! 」

「My flight arrived very late, it was almost midnight when I arrived at the hotel. the front desk staff is very friendly. Checked me in very quickly. The room was incredibly clean and classy. The bed has a sun-kissed feel and is very warm and comfortable. This is definitely the most comfortable and cleanest hotel and room I have ever stayed in in India.」
