The staff were very friendly and courteous. Everyone from desk check-in, assistance, restaurant staff and so on. The foyer was beautiful, and the bar and verandahs were amazing!! Beautiful views from rooms, restaurant and terraces.

Nice 4* hotel, a little too classic for our taste, relatively well maintained but the décor of the lobby/bar is probably from late 90's or early 00's. Good check-in service, we could park in the hotel garage, nice and clean room with good beds. Breakfast variety a bit disappointing, few options for a 4* hotel. Nice views and terrace over Corgo River, the hotel is walking distance from old town. Considering value for money, we would expect a bit more, however it's the only 4* hotel in Vila Real city center, we recommend for location and convenience.

A experiencia nao foi a desejada, pois iamos a contar com piscina interior aquecida e ....não era ! A insonorização era pessima pois ouvia-se tudo dos corredores e do quarto ao lado. O elevador era mais lento que a minha avo. Vale pela localização, mas está na altura de fazerem um refresh. O preço é demasiado caro para a qualidade que apresenta.

Hotel.propre personnel sympathique chambre agreable bon.petit dejeuner. Emplacement agreable. Nous avons passe une mauvaise nuit cepenant à cause du bruit. Nous avons eu des voisins alcoolises tres bruyants. Le bruit a dure jusqu au petit matin. Vers 7h nous avo.s ete reveille par le personnel de l hôtel qui tapait à leur porte pour les reveiller car leur vehicule genait l acces du parking. Nous sommes sortis pour demander d arreter de faire du bruit mais on nous a expliqué su il n y avait pas d autre possibilite pour liberer le parking .... Dommage que les clients ne soient pas respectes .....
