This hotel does the job, but not as nice as the price in our opinion! The food was bad and overpriced.

Extremely disappointed! I would it recommend this property. Rooms were not clean, bad smell, hard beds.

Lived in this hotel for 2 months a decade ago. Staff is good, food is reasonable, but the facility needs remodeling. Air conditioning was not working, WiFi never worked in the room, one elevator broke down, and furniture (including beds) needs renewal.

As a seasoned female solo traveler, safety and privacy are my non-negotiable priorities—yet they felt like alien concepts here. Staying at Blue Tree Valinhos for proximity to medical offices, I experienced ongoing safety concerns and blatant disregard for guest security. My first impression set the tone: curtains wide open and high beams from a parked car shining directly into my room. Throughout my 3-week stay, I was locked out of my room, including on my final morning after breakfast, forcing unnecessary exposure in the halls. I was exposed to suspicious individuals reeking of marijuana, hounded when walking outside, and nearly trapped in a heavily fragranced service elevator. Nightly, between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m., heavy foot traffic echoed directly above my room. Opting out of housekeeping created absurd friction; simple requests for fresh towels, linens, or basic cleaning supplies resulted in stressful confrontations. The noise is constant—single-pane windows fail to block street noise or overhead jet routes. When I attempted to renew, the GM denied it, claiming I "complained too much," though our conversation made it glaringly obvious he had no idea what my concerns even were. Dismissing safety and service concerns as "complaints" creates an environment that actively works against solo women travelers. Avoid this hotel if peace of mind matters to you.
