Find hotels in Vila Ac, Mongaguá

"Room was dirty, seems i caught a virus as well from staying here. Plus i got charged more than double the proper price."

"The room I was given was very dirty. Sand covered floor...strangly they provide you a broom and dust pan to clean the floor yourself.I stayed one night and befriended the owner, he seemed like a good guy, I expressed interest in stay another night, he asked if i pay him directly rather than me using expedia, he said he has to wait for expedia to disperse the money. Np. He then told me there is a min. 2 night stay during holiday season. Ok. Then he quoted me a price that nearly doubled from the night before I reluctantly said ok. I could have gotten 3 nights on expedia for the price of 2 thar he charged me. I should have opened expedia at this point, then i would have seen there is no minimum stay of 2 nights and the price was actually nearly half what i had paid him already. He was trying to nickel and dime me as well with expensive 2nd rate draft beer...12R for dixie cup.This hotel is very far away centro itanhaem, so this beach area is second rate... My uber costs more than quadrupled. If these hotels ask to bypass expedia... DO NOT bypass expedia!!! Learn from my mistake. When i left he asked if i was going to stay another night, i told him its way to expensive, he smiled and said, i know but Ill give you a discount...no thanks, he had already lost my loyality... I think about this every day since it happened and it ls eating me... so there you go...."

"My stay at Hotel Araguaia was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Every need I had was taken care of with attention and kindness. The location is wonderful, right in front of the beach, and the air conditioning works perfectly, keeping the room fresh and comfortable. The accommodations are very good. The third floor is already renovated and looks great. They are currently working on renovating the second and first floors as well. The breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return."
