This hotel is a hidden gem with beautiful clean indoors and very nice outdoor amenities.Typical Brazilian breakfast and also a menu for later meals. Excellent place to stay.

Viagem Frustrada.

Quarto com uma cama de casal e um beliche. ar condicionado nao estava funcionando, era daqueles modelo janela antigo e barulhento quando resolvia funcionar , frigobar estava ok, havia 1 ventilador de teto que meio salvou nossa noite de aproximadamente 32 graus. ventilador auxiliar ja para caso o antigo ar nao estivesse funcional . Sobre o chuveiro quase nao saia agua, completamente entupido entregando a ausecia de manutenção local. E ainda falando sobre manutenção a pousada havia montinhos de lixos por todo canto, a area da piscina estava bastante suja e com limo por todo ao redor, minha esposa deixou cair vinho e pediu um pano para sobrepor, no dia seguinte o pano estava no mesmo local demostrando a ausecia de manutenção. Mas o que me deixou mais chateado foi pagar por mais uma diaria e não conseguir usar a piscina, que tinha regulamentação de horarios das 9 as 21 , porem as 16:40 chegou o rapaz da manutenção da piscina colocou produto(sulfato de aluminio) e fomos impedidos de entrar. me custando assim a minha tarde. mas nao para por ai esta viagem de terror, comprei algumas bebidas no bar da piscina e na hora de acertar tive algumas surpresas, tomem cuidado com este consumo tambem, pois na hora de comprar e um valor e no pagamento outro. Acho pouco de falta de consideração com o cliente. fica aqui meu desabafo.....

Área externa linda mas quarto feio

a área externa da pousada é linda, área da piscina muito relaxante. O fato de ter restaurante para comprar comida e bebidas é muito bom. Já o quarto precisa de muita manutenção e um pouco de atenção aos detalhes para tornar uma acomodação agradável. Prateleira estufada, frigobar enferrujado, lençol de cama com manchas, controle da tv não funcionava, varal no banheiro feio, janela do banheiro quebrada, ventilador de teto caindo. Fora isso a educação dos funcionários é muito boa, e área externa bonita. Se cuidarem com mais carinho dos quartos tem tudo para ser uma excelente pousada

Não é a primeira vez que fomos para a pousada D’Ibiza. Não dá vontade de ir embora porque o ambiente é muito acolhedor. Atendimento excelente. Funcionários muito prestativos, gentis e simpáticos. Próximo da praia e possui estacionamento. Agradecemos todo o serviço prestado!
