「I think they can do better. First was assigned the wrong room which they corrected, then they assured me of a refund and checked me out early due to an emergency then did not approve the refund through Expedia as was promised. Overall, the resort is beautiful and very private but out of town (about 40 minutes from Kisumu town).」
