「As the name implies, set in Douro valley with great view of the river below. We used as a rest stop, with no touring. Beautiful location with nice sunrise and sunsets. Nice room, but steps to and from meals and pool. Best be fit to enjoy the area.」

「Beautiful location/setting. Pool was nice at end of a long day. Staff were wonderful,we had an amazing evening enjoying a dinner and wine while taking in the view on our patio. Personal touch as only five guest rooms. Breakfast in morning was included and great way to start off the day」

Le déjeuner est très bon, un vrai déjeuner familial. L' etat des lieux n' est pas parfait mais l' expérience humaine avec les propriétaires compassent totalement. Une vraie immersion portugaise que je referais sans hésiter. 」
「This was a fabulous find! The property host was super accommodating. We got in late in the evening and had to leave early. His mom made a delicious home cooked meal and prepared the breakfast buffet early enough for us to eat before we had to leave. The view was fantastic and the room comfortable. I wish we had more time to spend there. 」
