「服務真的很好，每位工作人員也很和善，會努力幫你解決問題。特別多謝親切的 Mr Lucas, Mr Luu Son 以及不斷接送我們的 Mr Hai. 酒店到 Sonesea Night Market, 酒店都會安排Buggy Mr Hai 接送，出入都方便， Night Market 很乾淨，每晚都會到 Night Market 購物。整體都很好的，酒店到沙灘只要行2分鐘，晚上沙灘也有足夠的燈光，可以好好享受海風，小孩晚上玩沙也安全，是值得推介的。」

「Nice property. But direction is confusing and local taxi does not know them. Keep taking me to M village instead. 」

「The architecture and grounds at Ocean and Maia are spectacular. The local area is pretty quiet, but Cat Tien town is only 20 minutes walk along the beach, and there are good local seafood restaurants there. Food options at the resort are limited and expensive」

「Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。」

「Never get my rooms. I spent 2 days back and forth and and no room so Expedia relocated me to the worst hotel ever. Not clean, bugs bite, not hot water and bedbugs bite. My family have the worst experience in Da Nang」

「The hotel is excellent, pricing and location. It is very quick walk to Old Town, right by the river, and the room overlooked the river. I was positively suprised at the look and location of this room.」

「The staff is really helpful and nice. The facilities are great, there are sauna, theater and mini golf course. The breakfast they served taste good, especially the crab meat noodle soup. However, the location is a bit far away from the city. We can still order food via grab.」
