「服務真的很好，每位工作人員也很和善，會努力幫你解決問題。特別多謝親切的 Mr Lucas, Mr Luu Son 以及 不斷接送我們的 Mr Hai. 酒店 到 Sonesea Night Market, 酒店都會安排Buggy Mr Hai 接送， 出入都方便， Night Market 很乾淨，每晚都會到 Night Market 購物。 整體都很好的，酒店到沙灘只要行2分鐘，晚上沙灘也有足夠的燈光，可以好好享受海風，小孩晚上玩沙也安全，是值得推介的。」

「Probably the nicest place in phong nha The staff were excellent and helpful. The location is Central close to hallo coffee which has great coffee. It may seem like a small thing but very comfy chairs for dining. We appreciated sitting outside all the time for all meals including during downpours. You can sit overlooking the river, but we chose to sit across the street in the comfy chairs.」

「Villa環境一流，裝修都好新，屋整體都乾淨，不過響樓上廁所發現有2隻曱甴。屋入面其中一個風筒有問題，一開就有火花，同職員講但冇理會。住係冇問題，我住左兩日，經常都會有人隨時入屋，明明冇約時間食早餐，9點有個男人開門入黎話接你，轉頭又有人開門補水，又話補廁紙，總之成日都有人自出自入，好冇私隱。」
