가족들이랑 오면 좋은 숙소!

역에서 내려 1~2분 거리에 숙소가 있어서 금방 찾아 갈 수 있었습니다. 체크인은 미리 메일을 통해 진행해서 열쇠도 금방 찾고 쉽게 건물 안으로 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 객실은 지불한 금액에 비해 훨씬 좋았고 안락했습니다. 깔끔한데다가 따뜻했습니다. 취사도 할 수 있습니다. 트램을 타면 금방 주요 관광지 쪽으로 갈 수 있었습니다. 길찾기나 교통수단은 정말 편했습니다. 모든 부분이 가족들이랑 한번 더 오고 싶게 만든 숙소입니다. (조금 아쉬운 부분은 샤워부스에 있는 배수구로 물이 좀 잘 안빠져요. 아주 천천히 내려가는데 그냥 사용 할 만은 했어요)

Volvería con gusto!!!

El apartamento estaba impecable y era muy cómodo. Estaba muy buen equipado en cuanto a utensilios y artefactos de cocina. Si bien no hay una recepción a quien preguntar o solicitar cosas, cuando les escribimos un mail con una solicitud (sabanas para el sofá cama) respondieron rápidamente y lo solucionaron sin ningun problema. Asi que volvería con mucho gusto si vuelvo a Viena!! Lo único que podría mejorar es el tema de la limpieza, ya que estuvimos 8 días y nunca vinieron a limpiar. Igualmente habia lo necesario para mantener el departamento limpio por nuestra cuenta. Globalmente es un gran lugar para hospedarse ya sea por vacaciones o trabajo.

Nice apartment very close to the station

The apartment is just 1 minutes walk from the railway station Rennweg. Tram 77 and O stop also near the apartment. Bakery, drugstore, ice cream shop are nearby, too. The room was large and comfortable. I liked the apartment very much :)

L'appartement est vaste et très bien situé pour visiter la ville en transport en commun (train et tramway juste à côté). Très tranquille. Les lits sont confortables. Commodités dispoibles et fonctionnelles: wifi, laveuse-sécheuse, lave-vausselle. Par contre, le ménage de la cuisine et du plancher laissait grandement à désirer... plaque de cuisson, comptoir et dossert très salle. Il n'y a pas de climatisation et l'endroit pourrait être très chaud l'été. Toutefois, lors de notre séjour (4 au 9 septembre) la température était fraîche à l'extérieur. Donc, nous n'avons pas souffert de l'absence de climatisation. Les fenêtres ouvertes suffisaient à rafraîchir l'appartement.

최고의 서비스와 위치, 조식을 갖춘 곳입니다.

후기 잘 안 남기는데 여긴 남겨야 할 것 같아서.. 할머니가 정말 너무너무x500친절하십니다. 사진에서 볼 수 있듯이 방도 생각보다 너무 크고 깨끗했고요 조식도 맛있었어요. 위치도 좋아서 어지간한 관광지는 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 한 가지 단점이라면 와이파이 기계가 있으나 기계에서 한발자국이라도 멀어지면 사용할 수 없습니다^^; 그래도 지인들이 프라하 간다고 하면 적극 추천할 생각입니다. (+사이트에 나와있는 것과 다른 점이 있었다면 시에서 부과하는 세금과 보증금은 내지 않았습니다.)

Ok place to stay with kitchen that was not equipped with sufficient plates bowls etc. no sheets for the sofa bed. However the manager fixed this as soon as notified. Very close to train station but not noisy. Not too far to walk to the old city and other attractions. Good for the price.

Good but not great

Overall it's fine but not great. The location and price were good. So was the floorplan which was spacious. We got the 1 bedroom (that also has a real bed in the living room and a convertible couch). However it wasn't very clean, the kitchen wasn't well furnished (the coffee maker was missing the pot, we didn't have any pans) and they were rather stingy on the beddings. There was exactly the number of bedding needed for 3 persons and absolutely no more so if something happens to the sheet or you want an extra blanket or pillow, tough luck. The wifi wasn't very reliable either but it worked.

Schönes Apartment am Schloss Belvedere

Da es klein Hotelzimmer ist sondern eine Pension, gibt es keine Rezeption oder einchecken oder Frühstück. Dies muss jedem vorher bewusst sein. Man bekommt ein Code zugesandt um den Schlüssel direkt am Apartment zu erhalten. Hat super geklappt. Zimmer war groß und sauber, alle nötigen Sachen wie im Hotel waren vorhanden. immer wierder Gerne !

Das Appartment hat eine super Lage! Stadt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Das Appartment hätte sauberer sein können! Wenn man mit seinen Socken einmal dadurch ist, waren sie nicht mehr weiß sondern schwarz:( Das Team ist super, fragen schnell beantwortet und hilfsbereit! Das Sofa leider etwas zu klein und unbequem! Alles andere super Wir kommen wieder

難はあるがキレイで立地条件は抜群

ジムの機材はさび付いた印象なので、あまり期待しない方が良い。一夜だけだが、近くの部屋でパーティーが開かれており、夜うるさくてなかなか眠れなかった。静かなところを希望される方には適さないホテルかも。ただし立地条件は駅のすぐ近くで抜群。市の中心にも路面電車ですぐに出られる。

Sin recibimiento y con mala acogida telefónica. Nos adjudicaron una habitación sucia. Maleducado el servicio de oficinas. Y no sólo nos sucedió a nosotros, los vecinos residentes del inmueble y algunos alquilados se quejaban de esta empresa de alquiler de apartamentos. Mala experiencia.

예약을 하면 체크인 관련 이메일이 오는데 그내용을 잘 숙지할 것. 건물코너의 출입문으로 들여다보면 공사중 인데 당황해하지 말것. 아파트출입구는 건물의 왼쪽면 끝 부분에 있으니 잘 찾을 것. 일단 체크인만 잘 하고나면 이보다 더 좋은 곳은 없다고 생각할 정도로 만족스러움. 시설, 위치, 주변 환경 모두.

ロケーションは良い。とても便利。

ロケーションは便利です。ウィーン中央駅まで電車で2駅(最寄りの駅までは徒歩3分以内)。ウィーンの主要観光地にはトラム71番でどこにでも行けました。 到着の前に必ずホテルからのメールを確認してください。鍵を受け取るための暗証番号を確認するためのＵＲＬが書かれています。それがないと鍵は受け取れません。また、そんな感じで全自動？なので、スタッフと思われる人とは全く会いませんでした。清掃代の€35は、取りにいけないからネットで払ってくれとメールが来たので言うとおりに。とにかくメールの確認は怠らない方が良さそうです。ちなみに、同じ時間帯に到着したと思われるスペイン語母娘は、メールが来てなかったのか確認不足だったのか鍵が受け取れず、ホテルからの連絡待ち…という形で落ち着いていたようでした。どれぐらい待ったんだろう…。部屋は当たりはずれがあると思います。内側の部屋は日当たりが悪いことが容易に想像できますが、道沿いの部屋はとにかくうるさいです。トラムも通る、騒音車も騒ぎ立てる青年たちもほぼ毎日通ってました。なんであんなにクラクション鳴らす必要があるんだか。キッチンは一通りそろってます。塩がないと思って買ったら、戸棚の中に砂糖と一緒に小分けの小さなものが置いてありました。胡椒もです。キッチン用品は一通り。フライパン、鍋、包丁(？)、カトラリー、お玉、フライ返し、皿、カップ、グラス。あと湯沸かし器とトースターとコーヒーメーカー(フィルターはありますがコーヒー自体はありませんでした)。文句を上げるとすれば、汚れたままのカトラリーが数本、食洗機の中に放置されていました。もちろんそのまま放置しましたが。あと、冷蔵庫の板やらが割れてます。使えないほどではないですし部屋によりけりでしょうが。あと、部屋の設備としてテレビ、DVDプレーヤー、コンポ、アイロン、アイロン台、小型金庫、クローゼット、ハンガーがあります。アメニティは身体頭兼用のシャワーゲルと石鹸。あとタオルが大小一つずつ。交換はありませんでした。ネットは快適です(ネットでの調べもの、スマホのゲーム程度)。

Hotel proche du belvedere

L'hôtel est assez bien placé, proche du Belvédère et à 2km500 du centre environ. L'appartement se situe dans un immeuble assez décevant, peu entretenu ; nous n'avons pas eu la possibilité d'utiliser la salle de fitness comme indiqué. Une très forte odeur de cigarette nous a accueillis en rentrant dans l'appartement qui est beaucoup plus petit que sur les photos. A l'intérieur il y a tout ce qu'il faut mais pas de balai, nous sommes donc restés une semaine dans nos "saletés", le ménage n'étant fait qu'à la fin du séjour. L'appartement est très calme, aucun bruit de l'extérieur. C'est vrai que nous n'avons pas payé excessivement cher mais tout de même...
