We absolutely loved our stay at the NH Collection Hotel in Vienna. We were delighted to receive a room upgrade, which was a lovely and much-appreciated surprise. The room itself was fabulous — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully presented. The location is unbeatable, right on the main shopping street and perfect for exploring the city on foot. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. This was our third stay at an NH Collection property, and once again it lived up to our expectations. We always enjoy staying with this chain and would happily return. Highly recommended!

There was a lack of good communication between the 2 NH facilities. I was not given a full offer of means of transport from one to another. The conference location was very unacomodating while the downtown location concierge was very friendly and helpful. If it was not for the airport staff, i would have most likely been stranded at the airport with a fully paid hotel room.

Excellent hotel in the heart of Budapest

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in December 24, a very nice hotel, wonderfully located in the heart of Budapest, close to the Jewish Quarter and public transportation. Clean hotel, large rooms with everything you need for a pleasant stay, the hotel staff is very welcoming and cordial, a very varied breakfast with a selection of options, all delicious and well presented, wholeheartedly recommended, reasonable price for the value, I will definitely recommend my friends to stay at this hotel

Great location huge rooms

For city center hotel the rooms are huge they felt like a suite in most hotels. Big desk to work on full living room and even an amazin balcony. The hotel is in district 7 which is probably the most accesable district to center of Vieena 2 stops on orange line and even walkalbe if you like. Also I think 7th district is one of the best nieghboorhoods in Vienna in terms of shopping dinning nightlife much better than center

Great hotel at an excellent location.

Great hotel in a excellent location. Right in the middle of Mariahilfer shopping and dining area with easy access to public transport and within walking distance to Inner Stadt where a lot of the museums & palaces are. The service was amazing and the room was comfortable for a our family of three. Price was amazing too! Only complaints were the bed was rock hard and the bathtub had and awkward design where the tub door interfered with the bathroom door. Also very tall bathtub that could be dangerous for children/elderly. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Location and the staff are the best about this hotel. Staff are very polite and professional. We felt at home and safe. Rooms are pretty big despite its located in europe. I left my apple watch and they reached out to me via email ASAP. They reply promptly to my emails. Shopping, restaurants and public transportation is just right outside the hotel. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely recommend to others.

We stayed at this hotel in Sept 2024. Location was really good access to underground fantastic. I was concerned at safety as we often came back to the hotel or left the hotel and there was no one on reception but the lift directly behind reception is accessible by everyone you didn't need to use your room card which most hotels have these days. On our arrival late we witnessed ourselves a homeless person came to the desk and wanted the sweets from the jar on reception. It also wasn't the quietest of hotels in terms of between rooms we had a number of disrupted nights because of either rooms next to or above. All in all disappointing but the city is breathtaking

Property location was great - in the middle of the city so very convenient. However, the property is on the older side and a bit run down. A/C wasn’t super strong so you might have issues during peak summer time (when we stayed). The hot water also suddenly went out one morning while we were showering. Someone from the maintenance team came & checked but was not able to figure it out. Ended up showering in an un-used room. Overall, wasn’t terrible but was not super positive either.

When entering the reception from the public parking, I was really disappointed. The very small reception was in the public corridor from the parking. Not what you expect from a 4star hotel at all. First room had only 2 small windows and was dark, the second one was next to a building with a lot of noise, the third one on the backside was ok. Good beds, but 2 single beds, which was not very romantic, small shower. A lot of noise from the air extraction in the room. It's a practical large room but nothing more. Location is OK close to the metro. Breakfast was very good with a very good service, located on the 7th floor. No bar in the hotel.

Great location, dirty room.

1. The room we got had dirty walls and spiders coming out of the ceiling. Even after room cleaning service the toilet wasn't cleaned and there were spider webs on the ceiling. 2. Room cleaning service missed our room one day. 3. We asked for late check out (an extra 1 hour) and we were told no problem, but when we came to the room to get checked out they locked our key to the room (forgot that we asked late check out) and asked for extra payment for late check out even though they didn't say anything about extra cost when we asked for the late check out. 4. Breakfast was good but nothing you won't get at any other 4-5 star hotel, service at breakfast was good. 5. Location was the only feature of the hotel that was really great, possibly best Location in vienna.
