Lovely staff and clean and quiet. Beds are a tad uncomfortable and rooms warm without air conditioning. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the hotel doesn’t provide any though ask and they will give you some fellow travellers have left behind.

Overall good hotel. Clean, good staff, good facilities, and the location is good. They have limited reception hours but the communication was good by emails. They don't have AC (not even a fan), so we had to keep window open during hot summer night. There was street noise and we woke up multiple times through the night.

Staff were friendly and helpful in check in, room was very small and hot. Noisy overnight, alarms went off at 5.30, woke up thinking I was in a prison cell! If you need somewhere cheap and central for one night it will do, just bring ear plugs.

This “hotel” was very disappointing. The room smelt like it has been smoked in.The heat in the room did not work at all. It was extremely noisy, there is no soundproofing between the rooms, anytime someone came or left you could hear it. There was body hair in the shower. The curtains did not fully cover the window so the outdoor lights shined directly on your face in bed. The front desk hours that we were given was 10:30-18:30. Though there was no one at the front desk for the majority of those hours, so there was no where to go for any questions or complaints. I would never stay here again and would recommend staying here if there are any other hotels available

Affordable, no-frills, basic but very clean. Staff were friendly and offered good advice on where to eat locally. My only improvement I could think of is there's a larger than expected gap at the bottom of the room door which lets a lot of sound in from the hallway corridor. While the hotel isn't responsible for noisy tourists, a little soundproofing goes a long way. The bathroom was simple, clean, the water was hot and the pressure was good - exactly what you want ! Simple things like a kettle and some tea/coffee making in the room would be a bonus else the room felt a bit spartan. If I came back to Vienna and the price was right I'd likely stay here again, I didn't need an expensive hotel with a restaurant, bar and all those amenities. It's an ideal base to come home to and sleep because great breakfasts are just around the corner. It's a 30 second walk from Wien Mitte station and is nicely enclosed, private and quiet.

Although KIBI Rooms has no reception, staff were easy to contact and responded by Whatsapp. Check in keypads worked well. The room & bathroom were clean and the beds very comfortable. A large wardrobe and full length mirror were nice to have. The only downside was being able to hear noise from the next room which kept us awake. However, KIBI rooms are very well located, being 10 minutes walk from the station for the airport train. There are many shops and places to eat nearby. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Wonderful spot near the center without the noise or crowds. Check-in was very easy, staff was extremely friendly (via text). The room was small but comfortable, clean and inviting. I would recommend staying here!

I wish the comunication was better…
We had a little stress. We tried asking if there was a luggage room since the beggining because we were going to arrive before the check in time. No answer until 20 minutes before check in (we had to call many times Hotels.com and the hotel for the door code to enter). We spent many hours on the street waiting, full of luggages because the comunication was difficult (there isn’t a reception). Positive point is the location, near many public transports.

The room we received the keycard for was not the one we booked (in photos on booking). The beds were 2 singles, one of which was fixed to the cupboard/wall. The sheets were see through and the mattresses seemed to be the cheapest foam ones you can get. The only powerpoint in the bed area was located so adaptor would be pressed against heater. Heater also went up and down too much and located next to your head while sleeping. The shower lost all heat and pressure as soon as another other rooms used theirs. We checked in after reception had closed using safe access and contacted hotel immediately when realised the room was significantly smaller than one advertised and got no response. Over 3 nights stay, had no response and the reception people barely acknowledged us coming or going so didn't even bother complaining again but had it not been new years, and all places booked out, we would have gotten a room elsewhere. We saw one of the rooms across the hall was the same as the one in our booking photos so know they exist there but apparently booking and paying over 6 months in advance doesn't guarantee you anything here. Only redeeming qualities were location and lift.

Location premium nearby to underground station and supermarket infront. Issue with noise coming from people entering nearby rooms causing trouble sleeping almost every night. Bed is hard, pillows are wasted. Well detailed checkin process document provided and staff response within a day for any email query.

No frills but comfortable enough!
On a solo tourist trip to Vienna and needed somewhere to sleep. The accommodation was absolutely fine, the bed was comfortable enough, it was a small room but adequate. It had a free safe which was really good as you don't get that very often with budget accomodation. The only thing that was of annoyance that the toilet roll holder was put in a position it made sitting on the toilet awkward, which is just a bit bizarre. Bath towels were a bit on the small side for a 6ft male. Shower was good and powerful. Don't expect the Earth, but f you want a cheap, clean place to say that does all the basics that is quiet, this is spot on.

Kibi was perfect for my friend and i. Great value for city centre accommodation. The receitionist was very helpful and printed our boarding passes for us. The building was nice and our rooms cleaned every day.

Did not see KIBI rooms in person, 2.5 hours prior to my arrival, they emailed me saying "due to technical issues, we are unable to provide you a room." They did set me up in an alternative hotel, (Gabriel) that I can only assume was in worse shape and cheaper than what I paid for KIBI. Gabriel's location was more than a mile from KIBI, making my walking plans for Vienna more difficult. Wrote an email to KIBI, did not get a response. All that said, Gabriel had friendly staff and an adequate breakfast buffet,

It was clean and cheap which is all I can really say about it. You get what you pay for, I suppose. Otherwise, if you expect a normal type hotel experience this is not the place for you, unless you just like cheap. No real amenities anywhere. Breakfast is down the street on Landestrasser, so I did not use my free breakfast because of this inconvenience early in the morning. No one is on-site between 3:00 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. So when I arrived I waited outside two entry points to get into the complex and then the building. I had to wait for someone to come out before I could go in, so that was an interesting 10 minutes just to get into the hotel itself. Sleeping there for 1 night it was fine, but I doubt I will do even 1 night again.

Decent but the location makes up for it
Decent, just that and ok clean. The first night was a bit painful as the beds are so hard and the pillows are so so flat it was bad for neck and back. The staff in the reception are ok. The place should get some toiletries and maybe a kettle for the rooms? As there’s nothing and they don’t offer breakfast or any amenities so take your own soap and shampoo and the usuals. The location was our favorite as we could walk to the center, mall, Prater, museums etc. Would definitely go back there but just because of the location

Was different than a hotel as was apartments on the 3rd floor. Once the room was sorted was fine. Small toilet and shower but fine and good working order. Breakfast was awesome, its across the road, friendly staff give you enough fresh rolls you can make lunch while eating your breakfast, excellent.
