We were unable to get hot water most days from 8 am to 10am. I think they have one hot water system. Also the room was xold and the water heat was not turned on for the room.

Price / performance very Good .Around cafes and restaurants ,150 M mall .İf You walk 1 km or take The bus 4 stop Wiene Mitte ( AirPort Train ,restaurants ,Metro ) . I recomend .Nice breakfast ,2 fast elevators ,24h Receptionist ..2 setbacks little noisy and Wi-Fi service is Slow .

I am old customer for 6—7 years to this lovely hotel ,very Good service lobby to cleaning ,fast elevators ,Good breakfast ,walkable around cafes,restaurants,if You take bus 74 A 5 stop 2 km to Vienne Mitte ( You need The get bus ticket I usually take 72 h ticket for € 17 and get all metro ,bus unlimşted in 72 h , ) .,CAT ,metro , 3 problems 1— Wi-Fi not Good …2— You cant lock The Room from inside .3— From The bed You cant turn off Room Electric …My fav hotel again ….Thanks

Dropped cloths off for laundry upon arrival and specifically asked if they would be processed by the following day and was told of course. Following day was told laundry did not go out with no reason why.

Decent and clean hotel.

The hotel is a business hotel straight forward. Front desk is friendly and atmosphere is plain. Bad smell in entrance and hall most times, perhaps a pipe issue. I’ve stayed before as it’s a decent place and at for me good location. This time my room was better, looks recently renovated. Good bathroom and shower, good size room even with a standard ironing set in the dressingroom. The bed was a bit hard. Generally the room was very clean, so good cleaners. Breakfast is good and fresh choices. Ladies very nice and service minded. A very decent hotel.
