This is a great hotel, well run and very clean. Close to all amenities in the local shopping centre and the transport network. The staff are friendly and professional. I can highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be stopping here again on my next visit to Vienna.

Very convenient location for a short trip to Vienna. Close to Ubahn and buses. Breakfast was good although it would have been better if there were some hot options beyond toast. Great fresh coffee. Our room was spacious and modern. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would recommend.

The rooms are very different from what they appear in the photo. It has nothing to do with the photos. There is very old furniture and lamp cords dangling from the ceiling. There was lady hair all over the bed. Runway. It squeaks loudly when pressed on the boards on the floor. It's like a 100 year old village house. I recommend walking until you get to the elevator. It's very slow, like an antique. Awful and narrow. There is a huge window in the toilet & bathroom. It can be seen very easily when viewed from the apartment opposite. No privacy was considered. Toilet window like living room. Right next to the toilet. There is no breakfast option. One thing that is disgusting is that there are 3 female attendants in the breakfast room. The ladies wear thin aprons that resemble a doctor's apron. Since women wear aprons without wearing any clothes over bra and panties, their insides are clearly visible. It's like they're among naked people. They made us sit at the table next to another family so that you do not remove the table we want to sit at and sit there, sit there. They are very rude. They're chatting. They were making a loud noise among themselves. They were nagging guests without thinking. He shamelessly told the receptionist that the room was not what it looks like in the photos on the internet and when I asked them to change it, he shamelessly said the same. Never stays is a place. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Clean, comfortable, and great location!
The airline lost my luggage, which didn’t arrive until my second night. The staff was amazing in reassuring my comfort, and called me immediately once it was delivered. Extended continental breakfast, green spaces, and one block from the S-bahn stop. Can’t beat it!

Room was in need of some attention particularly around the door frame in bathroom, bed was a bit uncomfortable, personal choice i prefer softer mattress. Generally service was good and friendly enough

Decent value for the price paid
Nice hotel. Convenient location close to the O tram and with the 14A bus stopping right outside the door! It’s only a 10 min walk from the Hauptbahnhof as well. Lovely room. Only downside was the air con didn’t work properly so it was warm and stuffy (even though the outside temperature was low!).

Vienna break
Hotel was comfortable and well located for the train station and bus and trams to the city centre. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The room was very clean and the only drawback was there being no coffee making facilities in the room which is very unusual these days

We stayed in the triple room which was very clean and spacious. However, the bathroom has a large frosted window into the bedroom and this creates two problems, firstly you can see through to anyone using the shower! Secondly at night the bathroom light illuminates the whole bedroom, waking everyone up. Breakfast was simple cold continental style, plenty to eat, but the hotel bar was very limited and we couldn't find anything we liked. The staff were very nice and provided a few alternatives for us like non-feather pillows and non-dairy milk. I would have liked a kettle and mug in the room (is this a British thing?), but the staff were able to provide the kettle and I borrowed a mug from breakfast. The surrounding area is unremarkable, there was a fair bit of construction going on, but this was not audible from the hotel. The tram runs right past the hotel and this did disturb one of our group at night. There train and underground stations are only 10mins away and it's very easy to travel to the tourist areas.

There was always someone at the desk to greet me when I came in. The breakfast which was included was quite bountiful and the staff always greeted you.

It was clean and very cozy, the room are very spacious but it’s not like the typical hotel where you have a lot of services offered. Also the airport is not that close to the hotel, it cost me $43 by Uber ( it’s best to take a metered taxi at night)

Quick and easy checkin with a friendly member of staff. Loved our roomy room and the location, very handy for the underground. Got everywhere very quickly. Also we were given a restaurant recommendation a 10 min walk from the hotel which was great. Will be recommending to our friends who are coming to Vienna next year.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Nothing flashy but really clean and a little quirky. The area is a little more working class than places a little closer to the old town but the rooms were well worth the price. The parking area is about two blocks away but is gated so our car was close by and safe. And did I mention that the staff was fantastic? We will be back the next time we are in Vienna.

Excellent hotel. Superb value for money Maybe not the best area, but a 5 minute walk from the underground, even less from the tram. The bar seems to close a little early .. but someone will (usually) come and sort you out. Breakfast is continental, and very plentiful.

The main man on reception, Marios, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I would stay here again just based on his service alone. The room itself was nothing special, but had all you'd really need for a short stay: a bed, a bathroom, a sofa, and a fridge as well as a TV too. It was clean and there was nothing to complain about. The tram interchange directly opposite was not a noise issue, however if you want to sleep with the windows open, it certainly would be. The area around the hotel isn't the greatest, though not awful. Between the hotel and the closest U-Bahn station, Keplerplatz, you must walk past a church and small park. Literally every single hour of every day, there are gangs of people hanging around the church being loud, drinking, littering, throwing cans around etc. Our earliest venture past was before 8am, and our latest was after midnight. Both times, and all in-between, these gangs were there.
