El hotel no está del todo mal, se ve viejo y necesita una reforma pero es acogedor. No tienen recepción 24h, pero hay una puerta por dónde puedes entrar si llegas tarde con tu llave.

Es lohnt sich für den Preis.

Es gibt Klimaanlage, aber kein Fernsehen im Zimmer. Service wirklich gut. Nette Umgebung. Auf jeden fall, es lohnt sich für den Preis.

El trato del personal fue muy correcto y amable. La habitación simple, le faltaba un poco más de limpieza. Lo bueno que en la habitación hay nevera y secador, lo malo no hay TV, aunque tampoco no lo hechamis en falta. En frente del hotel está la parada de Tranvia, así que no hay problemas para llegar al centro. En general el hotel está bien ubicado.

not handicap accessible although it claimed to be

So I requested a handicap accessible room which they said they gave me however there were stairs to get to the elevator so if there’s no way to get to the elevator without climbing stairs in the room is certainly not handicap accessible. We finally get to the room it has a nice shower I go to check the refrigerator to make sure it’s plugged in because I was going out to eat and was planning on bringing back some leftovers. I open the door to the refrigerator end it pulled off in my hand. The door wasn’t attached at all nor was the refrigerator running. So I alerted them to that they changed me to a different room I had a bathtub so it was not handicap accessible. I don’t know why they didn’t just switch the refrigerators around and let me have the handicap accessible shower. So yeah it is not handicap accessible if there is a bathtub or if there are stairs to get to the elevator also The exterior of the building was rather rundown

Das Personal war sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Kein wirklicher Zimmerservice. Fön kaputt, Kacheln dreckig und kaputt. Matratze unzumutbar mit Kuhle in der Mitte.

Not bad, not great, but okay for a bed to crash.

Not bad, not good - Vienna's not cheap, so perhaps at $50/night we shouldn't expect so much... but this hotel was just okay, at best. Service at the front desk was good, check-in was smooth, and the location is pretty good. Bed wasn't particularly clean, room is a little funky, and it all sort of feels more like a dormitory than a hotel.

Útulný a tichý hotel v rušným srdci města

Hotel se nachází mezi hlavním nádražím a operou. Hned u hotelu tramvajová zastávka. Hotel je čistý a rychlý. Na recepci moc přátelský personál. Pokoj je čistý, vybavený a tichý (není slyšet tramvaj). Dobrá postel Koupelna s vanou.

Hôtel pas propre mais fait le job

Chambre sale (saleté au sol, rideaux sales, ...) Odeurs d’égout dans les toilettes Pas de porte entrée / chambre Voisinage bruyant / murs peu insonorisés Malgré tout facilite pour le Check in entre 15 et 22h et possibilité de laisser les bagages dans une salle en dehors de ces heures

Buen costo beneficio

En general todo bien, esta un poco alejado del centro pero en 20 minutos estas ahí, nada terrible se puede recorrer perfecto a pie, la limpieza del baño deja algo que desear ya que tenia un mal olor y no cambiaron toallas si no que dejaron que se secaran en los calefactores, pero esta bien cumple en la relación costo beneficio

The location of this hotel is great, because it is in the center of Vienna and most of sights are within walking distance. The hotel is not very neat, everything is old. We ordered a double bed, and got two single beds, arranged side by side

Δεν ηταν καθαρό δωμάτιο, ειχε πολύ σκόνη στο πάτωμα,τρεις μέρες διαμονής δεν άλλαξαν ποτέ σεντόνια και πετσέτες ουτε άδειασαν τα καλάθια με τα σκουπίδια ούτε σκούπισαν το δωμάτιο.Το μόνο που μας είπαν μολις πηγαμε ήταν οτι αμα χασουμε το κλειδί θα πληρώσουμε πρόστιμο.Δεν το συστηνω.

Schon besser geschlafen

Die Lage ist super, Straßenbahn vor der Tür die direkt in den ersten Bezirk führt. Der freundliche Checkin kann aber nicht den Zustand der Zimmer wett machen. Schon sehr abgewohnt. Auch habe ich schon saubere Badezimmer gesehen und eine Dusche wo mit Duschvorhang nachgerüstet wurde ist nicht mein Fall. Schön dass es einen Kühlschrank gibt - allerdings ist der sehr laut. Alles in allem können die Zimmer ein Update vertragen

It was ok. Doorknob of bathroom kept on falling off. Carpet was dirty. Bed was comfortable. For the price it is what you get . However, the location is fantastic

Friendly Staff in a Dated Hotel

A Nicely centred budget hotel with good transport links and very helpful staff members, sadly the decor is a little dated, the mattresses on the bed were a little soft and it could do with some basics in the rooms such as coffee making facilities, I would give the property 7.5 out of 10

Ungemütlich und abgewohnt

Das Hotel ist seine €82 nicht wert. Das Zimmer ist alt und ungemütlich eingerichtet, der Teppichboden wurde teilweise herausgerissen, abgeschnitten und einfach wieder hingelegt. Nach einem kompletten Sendersuchlauf fanden sich keine österreichischen Sender in der Senderliste und das WLAN kappt immer wieder die Verbindung. Die Vorhänge sind durchsichtige Fetzen welche das Licht der Straßenlaternen hereinlassen, durch die vielen Spiegel im Zimmer wird es natürlich noch heller. Aufs Staubwischen wurde vergessen. Das Stiegenhaus ist sehr laut und hellhörig und da die Tür zum Vorraum fehlt ist es auch im Zimmer laut. Im Bad sind so manche Fugen schwarz, die Spiegelbeleuchtung ist kaputt und es gibt keine Zahnbürstengläser. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist mickrig und sein Geld nicht wert. Fazit: Es bedarf hier einer Komplettrenovierung und vorab einer Preisanpassung.

Okay on a budget

You get what you pay for. Room was small but clean. Air conditioner worked well and there was an elevator but had to climb a few steps to get to it. There is local transport outside which makes it convenient.
