The staff was very friendly and helpful with information. The hotel is an older building but we enjoyed the historical feel of it. A main commerce roadway is just a block away.
Great hotel, fairly basic but really big and absolutely spotless.
Perfect location, the main city is literally minutes away on foot.
Very attentive, friendly staff.
All in all a good stay and would recommend
Yes.However the mattress was very thin
and the bathroom soaps were tiny and management is stingy.
Tiny TV in the room and poor selections of movies.
The staff were nice and helpful
The hotel has a great breakfast.
This property is very well kept. It's a fantastic location for getting to all of the museums and palaces and historical places etc. It was fairly quiet. And really just a half a block from a major shopping Street. We enjoyed this place very much

Great location for the cost, slightly outdated interior but very much does the job if you aren't planning to spend much time in your hotel on holiday.
I really liked the position of the property. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Reaching the property was quite easy.

Close to the museum quartier on a quiet street, but just a steps from Mariahilferstrasse for Shopping. Rooms are small (but similar to other Major European City) but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful.
A central hotel in Vienna, close to Mariahilfer Straße with many shops and outdoor seating. The rooms are of a decent standard, perhaps missing a coffee machine in the room and a small sitting area, but was happy with the room. Nice staff, did not try out the breakfast so can't say anything about it.
A good hotel. It was basic but clean, with friendly helpful staff. My room faced the back of the hotel and was quiet. No air-con but a fan was provided. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food available for 4 hours each morning. Food stocks were regularly checked to make sure nothing ran out.
People/Staff were nice, and the Shower water pressure was good, but for $130 /night the place was not very nice, not very clean, not worth it at all. It’s more of an $80/Night level place.

If you're looking for a no frills place to stay as your focus is on your trip & what you do then this is a good place to stay.
You could hear noise from corridors & street.
There was also building works on the road during my visist & likely for a good while yet.
It was in a good position, quick access to public transport & easy walking distance to lots of places.

Good value. Good location but there is currently construction down the street. If you dont care about decor from the 70's, it is worth it. Bed was good.

Disliked: Amenities
The building is ugly, no lobby. However, very clean. Very friendly and eager to assist staff.
Good location. Good connectivity by metro and trams.
Great location for shops, food options and the historic centre. All walkable but close also for public transport options.
Helpful, warm, friendly front desk staff. Also 24 hr so can happily leave key - one less thing to worry about when you’re out and about.
Only slight negative, no tea/coffee in room and even small convenience stores close early in Vienna - be warned! Local Golden Arches was open late for takeaway tea/coffee and cheeky cakes - 2 min walk away.
If you’re like me in a city break/tour and you’ll be out all day and evening, just want a bed and a clean shower this place is perfect.

Nice hotel but don't expect fancy stuff
I was there on a Business trip. Nice hotel, nice location with spacious rooms. A bit of a labyrinth to navigate but plenty of signs around. Don't expect fancy stuff, decorated walls or anything but it does the thing is supposed to do. (My only concern is that it seems the room was not cleaned very well before I arrived at 9pm - so plenty of time to do that - as I found semi-used open soaps around in the toilet.
