Location! Location! Location! Very affordable for the area but don’t expect luxury amenities like you would at fancy hotels, easy self check-in and check-out, place is clean and in a safe area. I would stay here again next time I’m in Vienna for sure.

the staff was satisfactory from every point of view. reactive, quick to respond and Sonia was very helpful both before check-in and after check-out, friendly and kind, I will definitely book with them again if I return to Vienna.

Very quiet and comfortable, and well equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle and aircon! Do bring some washing up liquid with you if you plan to have breakfast/lunch at the apartment though (or just go out to one of many lovely Viennese places).

Room was clean, distance from the nearest metro station was about 10- 14 min walking distance, many restaurants around. Room key was not recived on time due to miscommunication between workers at the appartment, otherwise it was a great stay.

The accommodation is in a very nice area, easy to reach with tram and metro. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. On the downside the windows are straight to the street and it's on a ground level so you'll probably keep the curtains closed in order to have some privacy. The street is busy so you will have a lot of people passing by right in front of your room. You can also hear the cars passing by, but that personally didn't bother us.

Good location but shower not very private

It was an interesting flat. Nice and comfortable for me. Had an interesting self check in. The shower area did not have a door so make sure you're travelling with someone you who has seen you naked ;) It's possible people from across the way upstairs can see you showering too. Otherwise it was in a nice neighborhood and easy walking to the train.

Clean comfortable conveniently located. Recommend adding a grill door with lock for extra layer of safety, the space is at street level and the only privacy is from the curtains. Would consider booking again

Modern apartment in great location.

Modern and comfortable air conditioned apartment in an excellent location for exploring Vienna. Its based in a quiet area with lots of interesting independent shops but plenty of good restaurants and bars at local prices. Bus stop into the centre outside and tram stop on the next street . We had a very good 3 nights and would stay again.

Nice Room

The outside is still being worked on but the actual inside of the room was great. Location is about a 10-15 minute walk from the center but there were still stores and restaurants near the actual room.

Save your money and go to a normal Hotel

Don’t be fooled by the pics. Dirty and lacks basic amenities. The entrance is squirky and shady. It’s an old shop made into a room. It’s rubbish wrapped in a nice wallpaper. I regret every Euro spent.

Room is small, to be expected, but it has a shower in the room, so anyone in the room has to watch whoever is showering through the very see-through glass door. A bit awkward if you’re with friends or family members that are not your lover. Also the key didn’t work well. My daughter spent 40 mins trying to get into the room and I had to leave my dinner to go back and help her

A little bit funny.

The location is very good. We got the flat 1. The idea of this flat is nice, however it doesn't seems to working well. It's literally a grounded street facing shop converted into a flat. As for a shop, the door is quite big, heavy and transparent. Guests will therefore have to keep the courtains closed all the time, unless they want to be watched. They work well on blocking outside noises, but still it's a busy street with buses and cars passing by all the time, they will not be missed. No hangers for jackets. The shower is an open area, so make sure you are travelling with someone you have some intimacy. The mattress is extremely soft - this is not a compliment!

There is no signage whatsoever that here is a place to stay! So extremely confusing for drivers or even locals including a store that was right next to this property ; there is no receptionist! So when you arrive it’s an absolute disaster specially if you travel internationally and have no cell crevice ; because you won’t get a WiFi service ; The place itself is too exposed !!!! You’re basically sleeping in a shop situation with all window front , next to the sidewalk where people are actually walking !!!! The only barrier is a glass-door and a curtain ( like a shop ). So….don’t be scared if they knock at this door at “anytime”! Soon I realized I made a terrible mistake . That’s why I escaped this place after a few hours. !

Not worth it

Son sótanos reconvertidos en apartamentos con todo lo que conlleva: nada de ventilación, ventanas nada apropiadas y muchas arañas al lado de la cama. Además entra mucha luz y las almohadas y las mantas son como papel. Avisamos de todo esto e intentaron ayudar, pero desde luego, no recomiendo este lugar.

Appartement fonctionnel sans plus.

L'appartement est fonctionnel, spacieux, en très bon état mais sans âme. Le ménage n'était pas au top : désolée, mais il restait des cheveux et la poubelle des personnes précédentes... Mais ceci peut arriver... En revanche, nous étions au RDC et il faut savoir que la rue est très passante et donc bruyante : aucune insonorisation ! Il est plutôt bien situé (20 min à pied des premiers monuments).

Había varias cosas, que no estaban listas como la caja fuerte no funcionaba , vinieron a cambiar la batería pero al final no cerraba, en la ducha tuve que decir que se inundaba y el calefactor también no andaba, anduvo por algunos días y en la última noche se ve que no funciono o dejo de funcionar, entonces la ropa que lave no estaba seca y lo que si sugeriría es que aunque no sea la mejor habitación una pequeña mesita como para tomar un café o comer no estaría mal, lo que si estaba limpio y muy bien la ubicación, , o sea de valoración le doy normal a regular ya que este tipo de cosas tienen que verificarlas antes de que lleguen los huéspedes, pero agradezco con todo lo que me queje vinieron y me devolvieron los mensajes pero bueno algunas cosas no funcionaron , gracias
