    Gteat location, dirty room

    The location is great, and the instructions on getting to the room clear - unlike check out instructions. The room was dirty - stains in the curtains, actual grease on bathroom wall. The bed was fairly comfortable if lumpy. It was hot in the room, but a fan helped a little.

    The bed is horrible. The property building entrance and the floor to the room entrance stinky. The property owners failed to solve despite many communication attempts.

    The bed sheets were dirty, covered in hair and body oil. The room clearly is smoked in often. After reaching out to the host about the state of the room they said they’d “look into it”. It was not possible to stay there. I booked a hostel a few blocks away and left. They charged my cc the city tax fee anyways…. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

    The room itself is relatively clean but the building itself is in incredibly bad condition with garbage stored in the hall. Extremely poor ventilation leading to black mold in the bathroom. Doors leading to rooms (aside from the hotel room itself) are not locked and the location is not particularly safe. I would not recommend stay here alone as a woman.

    It is located in the apartment building that has garbage as soon as you walk in the door. We need to check in with management and upload ID online first before you can get a code to the lockbox. Then pray that the key doesn't get stuck in the door after you unlock it. There's no washcloth nor AC in the room, and you need to borrow a fan. And then you need to pray that they do bring you a fan to your room; otherwise, you'll be hot all night. I would only go to this place as a very last resort. The only thing is that the parts was really cheap.
