Hotel is great, easy 10 minute walk to the main town and the rooms have great views over the town. Breakfast and staff were fantastic We did have to sleep with the windows open as it was quite warm and there are no fans or AC - which means we got a bit of road traffic noise

Die Unterkunft entspricht nicht den Fotos. Zimmer sind klein und Bad i die Jahre gekommen. Nach einer Beschwerde wurde uns ein Wechsel in ein besseres Zimmer ermöglicht. Das Frühstück ist jedoch ausreichend und gut.

Excellent accueil

Excellent accueil avec un personnel agréable et souriant. La chambre était très propre, le ménage réalisé de manière efficace. L'hôtel est situé dans une zone plutôt calme mais il est malheureusement mal insonorisé. On entend souvent les portes des autres chambres se claquer et même parfois la conversation des voisins ! Autre regret : l'absence de climatisation. Le soleil tapait dans les vitres dès le matin faisant rapidement monter la température de la chambre. La présence d'un frigo aurait été le bienvenu et la literie, aux ressorts bien fatigués, aurait besoin d'une bonne révision. L'hôtel reste d'un rapport qualité / prix correcte pour un 2 étoiles.

My go-to in Vielha!

Probablemente una de las mejores opciones que encontrarás en Vielha para hospedarte. El desayuno está incluído (y muy bueno a decir verdad). A menos de 10 minutos caminando hacia el centro del pueblo; el personal siempre fue muy amable y con excelentes recomendaciones para esquiar y cosas por hacer en Vielha. La recepción es cálida y siempre huele bien. Lo único que puede no encantar a alguna gente es que la propiedad ya tiene sus años y a lo mejor las habitaciones puede que parezcan no tan renovadas; en general la estadía fue increíblemente cómoda.

El hotel hubiera sido un éxito de no ser porque estábamos a 30 grados y no tienen aire acondicionado. Por dicha el personal es muy amable y nos facilitaron un ventilador para poder dormir en las noches, en el día no se puede estar, pues el sol da directamente a la habitación y la calienta mucho. Desayuno bueno. Buena ubicación. También les hace falta un hervidor de agua en las habitaciones.

Room with a view!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location of our room gave us a wonderful view of the city. Great parking and within walking distance of the city center. You do have to walk uphill coming back though! The breakfast was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Habitación pequeña, pero muy práctica, televisión grande, cama y almohadas muy cómodas, preciosas vistas de Vielha desde la ventana, lavabo moderno con una buena ducha, parking incluido en las instalaciones del hotel, buen desayuno buffet y personal amable. El hotel está ubicado en las afueras del pueblo, a unos 10 min caminando del centro. La vuelta al hotel es cuesta arriba, aunque va bien para bajar la cena.

A really good hotel on the edge of town, but only 10 minutes walk into town for shops and restaurants. We had a top floor room the view was fantastic. Wonderful breakfast included, the room & ensuite was spacious & clean. I would recommend this hotel & would stay next time I'm in the area. The staff couldn't do enough for us.
