"Staff were absolutely fantastic. Facilities are great. Room was clean and spacious, mattress was in need of some TLC however, it was concave and you could feel every spring! Breakfast was ok but nothing to rave about. Overall, would recommend, the gym and spa are excellent."

"Room needed updated very grubby. View out window YUK, awful showed the need for repair. Staff were lovely , breakfast poor lots of people complaining. The spa was nice although when you book and pay its not clear that you cannot use the other "spa" areas which would be included anywhere else I've been, you have to pay extra to relax on the stone beds and spa pool. Could use the swimming pool but it was full of kids :("

"The shower in the room was dated, as were the fixtures and fittings. The check-in staff were super friendly and helpful. Didn't use the leisure facilities, but all were made available should I have liked to use them. Good location for access to the surrounding towns."

"Room was clean friendly staff. Not much to do in area but was cheap and cheerful. Breakfast was not the greatest, bread was hard so was unable to make toast. Personally I would not visit here again."
