「This hotel is very run down, the first room we were given stunk so bad & the second room the toilet moved when you sat on it, the tub was horrible, there were baby roaches, the refrigerator was dirty, the tv remote didn't work, the blankets/sheets on the bed were stained, torn & had burn holes in them. 」

「When we got there the person at the front desk said that the facility was booked solid and that he had only nine rooms available because he forgot to tell hotels.com that there was a renovation going on and could not help us. Also he said that he had to charge me himself for the room even when I had already paid through your website. This is why I had to reserved another room at Lone Star Suites I just hope you are not going to double charge me for two different hotel rooms.」

「The Room 122 had a broken desk desk chair. I call the office ask for a replacement and he told me thats all they had. No replacement with plenty off vacancy rooms . Nice chairs. So the room had bad spots on the walls. Restroom area paint peeling onthe door of Restroom nasty. Sink area had know light it was broken ask for replacement to lady that clean rooms she did let them know a they came in while i was gone and fix it. She did come everyday to clean my room but i keep it clean my self in...
