"We had 2 nights booked and checked out after one. Reception very run down. Dirty tables in reception area which we stained as if someone had spilt a drink on there, still the same the next day. Paint peeling of walls, dirty pillows and scruffy blankets. We paid for a superior apartment however no idea what was superior about it. Hotel needs closing down for a few months for an overall revamp and update "

Es un lugar que combina lujo con comodidad, creando un ambiente ideal para relajarse y disfrutar. Finalmente, la comida merece una mención especial. Cada plato que probamos fue una delicia culinaria, preparado con ingredientes de alta calidad y una presentación digna de los mejores restaurantes. La variedad y el sabor de la oferta gastronómica fueron, sin duda, uno de los puntos más altos de nuestra experiencia. Recomiendo este hotel al 100% y estamos deseando volver."

"The staff was amazing, especially Sandra she helped me a lot everyday with the area and getting a taxi. Nothing in this area is walkable unfortunately so taxis tend to get expensive after a while. The hotel itself was really clean and I felt super safe as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was affordable and some good options! One thing that I didn’t like was that water wasn’t offered at all times but coffee was. Water was only during breakfast. Maybe that’s something they can consider offering to their guests, especially in 35 degree weather! All in all the hotel itself is great! "
