Friendly staff and nice relaxed hotel.

Nice clean room, lovely front desk service, good food in a restaurant if you didn’t wanna go out, good fresh buffet breakfast, good Internet speed with the free Internet, air conditioning was quiet and set on low kept the room a nice temperature.. All in all a great stay. How do you think I would say is that the shower needs improvement. Not from a cleanliness point of view, more from a showerhead point of view, adequate but could be better..

Overall happy with the hotel.

Everything went and was as expected. Breakfast was good, basic all you need, but nothing exceptional. AC in the room was a bit loud, but it didn't bother me. The card reader for the car garage wasn't working very well. I had to swipe the card many times before getting a green light. Suggestion: In my opinion there is no need to change the towels every day for a four night stay.

Nuit parfaite. La voiture en sécurité dans le parking souterrain. Le repas à la carte au restaurant le soir et petit déjeuner très copieux avec une diversité de produits frais. Le personnel est également très agréable. Je recommande.

Me han engañado no es lo que es un 4 estrellas

Hize una reserva con media pensión y cuando llegue no había buffet de media pensión me ofrecen menú Recepción manda un correo a dirección y dirección contesta que como no he utilizado la media pensión solo alojamiento y desayuno que modificará la reserva que me devolvían el dinero Todavía estoy buscando como puedo hacerlo porque no me deja modificarla Pido por favor que no engañen más a la gente , eso es como la piscina que dice en la azotea y al aire libre La piscina se encuentra en la primera planta ,no da el sol y caberan como mucho 6 personas No creo que sea un 4 estrellas y si lo fuera no tengo ni idea como puede tener un 4 estrellas yo creo que era un 3 y por la reforma le han dado uno mas

Muy buen hotel, cómodo, amplio, tranquilo, moderno, bien equipado, bien comunicado y buena relación calidad/precio. Pena que la piscina estuviese cerrada a finales de mayo con 30°. Desayuno bueno y algo caro en mi opinión. Personal amable. Repetiría.
