"Stayed here for a week in a double room for single use on the side with a view. It was the end of the the ski season, so it was very quiet and relatively empty. The wi-fi worked flawlessly and everything in my room worked as it should. I only had breakfast twice, and it wasn't anything special but it was free and filled my stomach. Parking was easy and the check in/ check out process was simple. It is located on a pretty busy road so in the morning there was a bit of noise from the traffic but...

"Positives were friendly staff on the whole and good restaurant Negatives were lack of good window blinds and poor choice at breakfast with poor quality coffee. Also, hotel shuttle bus was not readily available ."

"We had a lovely stay at this property. What really stood out to us were the amazing staff, who went above and beyond to make sure that we had a lovely stay and trip to Crans-Montana. They were so wonderful in helping to make dinner reservations, suggest hiking trails, provide maps, and call taxis. If you are visiting during the summer, please note that there is no air conditioning at this hotel, but they do provide fans."
