"Our stay at Sunrise Inn Williamstown was great. The room was very clean, the parking lot was clean and well lit. We observed the staff cleaning the sidewalks as they were cleaning the rooms. Breakfast was offered, however due to time restrictions we didn't eat there. We had no trouble with the Wi-Fi. I think my only issue would be with the mattress, they were a bit on the wore out side, but not horrible. We would definitely stay if we were to be in that area again. "

"Convenient location for our visit to The Ark. Several coffee shops and places to eat very close to hotel. Not a good place to stay for light sleepers as hotel is older; interstate traffic and other guests in next room are easily heard"

"When we got to the room we checked everything. The toilet seat was up and had urine on it. We let the front desk know and they gave us another room. We went to that room and it smelled like fresh smoke so we went back to our original room. After that, we didn’t have any problems. The beds were comfortable. And the staff were nice. We stayed there to visit the Ark Encounter. I wish there were more breakfast options. There wasn’t a water station or a selection for people with stricter dietary requests. "

"It is supposed to be pet friendly hotel, but there’s no trash cans anywhere around the property to throw away used dog bags except in the middle of pet relief area. Disposal cans were placed in the middle of the field and you cannot get there unless you walk on the water logged grass. I guess they try to make things easier for themselves for not letting people empty trash from their cars, but isn’t it part of the hospitality business?"
