「I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.」

「交通便捷, 但由火車站Paradiso到酒店要托行李向下走4×級梯級, 再向下斜行5分鍾三到酒店, 故此我們走的時候帶着行李改乘2號郵政巴士去Lugano乘火車。」

「The USP of this property is the amazing view down to Lago di Lugano across into Switzerland. There is also the interesting story about the old funicular railway to the rear of the hotel which closed in 1977 but may be refurbished and reinstated if funds can be secured. It is a rural location, about 20 mins walk from the nearby town of Lanzo d'Intelvi and the bus service from Como drops you about 400m from the hotel reception if you aren't driving. 「1.雖然離車站稍遠，但從車站走到飯店都是下坡，入住後即有免費市區交通卡，所以隔天前往車站，在附近搭6號公車上坡至車站只需五分鐘車程，而且巴士時刻表相當準點，非常好控制時間。 2.隔音超好，住宿當晚有歐洲杯球賽，外面即使有歡呼聲，房間內什麼也聽不到，只是住宿的房間可能正好有管線，偶有呼嚕嚕聲，但不至於擾人。 3.房間裝修算蠻新的，我主要過夜，為了隔天早上往琉森的觀光列車，這裡比起車站旁的房價，相對優勢。 」
