"The gym was nice. Had everything you needed for a quick pump. Pool room is clean and pool is warm. Staff goes above and beyond. 10/10. The tunnel system is nice in the winter, we didnt have to step outside if we didn't want to. "

"Rooms are dated, the bathroom door didn’t latch, the walls are paper thin and I could hear the group in the room next to us as if they were sitting beside me, the complimentary coffee wasn’t stocked in the room and the headboard had clear oily hand prints on it. Don’t think I’ll be back. "

"Breakfast was awesome, building itself is super clean and very nice! Big disappointment was that the whole pool/waterslide area shut down during our stay - we had no warning when we booked that this would happen. We were also happy to see that there was daily housekeeping as part of our stay, but it was disappointing that we had to ask both times, they never actually came to our room without our prompting to clean."

"All staff were kind and so accommodating. The room was clean, bed was so comfortable. Kitchenette room stocked well with appliances and dishes. Our go to hotel when we visit Winnipeg. Denny’s and Chop are a bonus !"
