「No front desk. Check in and check out were confusing. We were required to use an i-pad to check in and create our own key card (no human contact). We were assured that we could request translation of steps/ instructions provided on i-pad from French to English, which we did using the ipad app. This helped a little. But key steps, instructions and rules were still in French. When we checked out the information provided online was in Spanish? We liked the layout of unit but thought...

「La chambre était très propre et les lits confortables. Il y avait un réfrigérateur et un four à micro-ondes. À la réception ils avaient une liste de suggestions de restaurants que nous avons trouvé utile. Nous avons pu nous stationner devant notre unité.」

「Propreté impeccable endroit calme , vue sur le fleuve de toute beauté au coucher du soleil, commodités très pratiques et restaurants, dépanneur à proximité. Seul commentaire à améliorer nous aurions apprécié un lit queen au lieu d’un lit double. À la prochaine!!!」

「Easy access to ferry, hiking trails and to the downtown shops and boat tours. The place is older and it shows as a bit tired. For the price, I would have expected something a bit more ‘refreshed’, but many of the other hotels/motels are a similar age, all were booked solid when we were there the weekend after labour day, and are similar prices or higher.」
