「Property was very clean, quiet, offered great amenities like laundry, stove, fridge, microwave in room and communal area as well as large communal lounge and dining room. Price was very reasonable. Would book again for sure. Stayed 12/07/2026. Only negative I can think is, for room 207, bed is small for 2 person, a bit hard. No elevator also.」

「Staff had no idea about our reservation. Couldn't find it apparently then suddenly found it. They tried to give us a room (we booked a chalet), I declined that and showed the reservation. Then they couldn't find keys for the chalets (about 30 minutes of having no idea what was happening). Then they told me that I can use the chalet with no key, locks from inside. Which meant that someone basically had to stay in the chalet if we wanted to leave. All pretty sketchy. They were also kind of rude, I...

「Our stay here was absolutely amazing. My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights for my birthday trip and it was even better than anticipated. Not only did we have a stove, microwave, toaster we also had a fan and full AC! They were always cleaning the rooms and hallways and one of the cleaning ladies told me to let her know if we needed our room cleaned that they’ll come whenever we want. Which is really nice.
