「El hotel esta localizado en un lugar unico y espectácular frente a la torre de pisa, pero tuvimos problemas con el Aire acondicionado ya que no funcionaba en una de las habitaciones, la nevera no enfriaba bien, no tiene caja de seguridad, la ducha tenía una fuga, vimos una cucaracha en nuestro cuarto, la persona en recepción pareciera como si no tuviera conocimiento de las cosas del hotel, nisiquiera el sabía si el cuarto tenia o no caja de seguridad, no hay ascensor, pero queremos felicitar a...

There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them.
