Nice tidy apartment in a quaint neighbourhood. Walkable to Piazza Bra, Arena and the main shopping district. Hotel reception (at Hotel Mastino) were very helpful in terms of guiding us to our destinations. Only issue is that the property is quite a distance from the main train station, so it might be difficult to navigate on foot with luggage.

Very conveniently located. Within easy walking distance of places to see in Verona. Our unit had issues with the hot water heater. We couldn’t get hot water consistently. We cooked some of our meals. The kitchen, while not great was very usable.

I think I must have got the best deal for accommodation in Verona! This is a 2-room apartment (including a little kitchen and sofa), in excellent condition with a perfect location (near the main square, Piazza Bra). The only disadvantage is that you have to check in/out at a different location, a nearby hotel, but whose staff were helpful. The building may not have a grand entrance but is next to the river and close to a supermarket (just 3 minutes walk south on the main street).

There was a major problem with the air conditionning which was dripping a lot even when it was close and the problem is that they knew about it because the floor was wet when we came in, also the wall and the door were wet. Someone came to fix it when we called but did not fix it and nobody offered us to change room or reimburse us. Also, the floor was dirty, my socks were very durty, and the shower must be renovate with a change of curtain shower and the shower itself. To tell you the thruth, I dont think I will use expedia the next time, we paid 190$ for one night, and now I have to fight to get a compensation.

Struttura perfetta come appoggio per visitare Verona (scelta appositamente), molto vicina a piazza Brà. Purtroppo il materasso del letto era parecchio “vissuto” quindi, abituata con letti più duri, ho sofferto un po’ con la schiena, forse l’unico punto sfavorevole era questo, ma in generale l’alloggio è confortevole e pulito
