There was no hot water at all for the first day and a half so the showers were freezing. No sheets on the second bed. Staff that i communicated with prior were very nice but didn’t see any staff while we were there. Great location. Easy access

Logement proche de tous les lieux à voir de Verone. Chambre et salle de bain partagée propre. Aucune rencontre avec le personnel mais ils sont très réactifs lorsqu’on les contacte

Der Check-in per Code war unkompliziert und sehr praktisch. Die Kommunikation war etwas träge, aber bei einer Buchung etwas über 24 Stunden im Voraus noch absolut im Rahmen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – alles Wichtige war gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein kleiner Verbesserungspunkt: Es gab keinen Kühlschrank auf der Etage, was gerade im Sommer praktisch gewesen wäre. Außerdem hätten Hinweise zu kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung geholfen – diese Informationen mussten wir uns selbst besorgen. Insgesamt aber ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

No es un hotel es un apartamento con 3 habitaciones y un baño exterior para las 3, no hay baño individual. Por otro lado no tiene parking aunque lo dice la descripción, hay que ir a buscar un parking en la calle y estando en el centro es algo complejo y molesto. La propiedad está en buen estado, pero tal vez la descripción no es adecuada empezando porque debe decir que es una habitación de un apartamento.

El cuarto en sí es una gran oportunidad de descanso y relajación con el jacuzzi, después de tantos días de viaje, está muy bonito, bien ubicado y al lado del rio de Verona, súper recomendable… nos hubiéramos quedado más días ahí pero seguimos un itinerario.
