First of all the customer service provided mainly by Margherita is EXCEPTIONAL, she was in contact as soon as the room was booked providing with all necessary info. We had free parking pass which was given to us as soon as we arrived. The room was clean and modern with an amazing little cute terrace. "We received about 12 emails about the check-in despite having answered the first message. We were not able to access the apartment with the code. Thankfully someone came rapidly. Apparently the batteries in the lock needed to be changed. It was a nice apartment with lots of space and the welcome bottle of rosé was a nice attention. Overall the stay was fine. Just frustrated with the check-in process. "
