"We showed up and no sheets were on our bed and we had no towels. They said that this isn't a hotel but it's a village! I guess that means you get nothing and pay extra for everything. They charge for linen, towels and even wifi. Plus a very high cleaning fee (even though we literally stayed there for less then 12 hours). "The hotel apartment was great, we selected the hotel Milano but the room we chose was in Verona house, their partner hotel. This meant we got an apartment suite for 2 adults and our child which worked well. It is just outside the charging zone and there is free street parking on Sunday. It is still a great location and walking distance to all the sites."
