"The staff at this hotel is fantastic. We had a room 333 which was subpar, peeling wallpaper, stained carpets etc. We requested a new room (335) which was much better. I really appreciated their kindness and help"

"The dining room staff was amazing! We would have used the dining room our second night... However, we had some strange charges added to our bill that showed up only on the TV in our room apparently. Two different charges for transient fees that were quite substantial. We inquired about it twice with the front desk once the first night, second time upon check out. No one had an answer for us, and it didn't show up any where on our actual bill that I could see, or the person checking us out?? Quite disturbing. "

"I had a good experience at this hotel. Check in was quick and the attendant was friend. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I did not eat the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. I will stay at this hotel again when I am in the area."
